Differences between an embedded computer and a home computer

You won't need a sophisticated X to look at.
The program will be stored directly in X.
You won't need any X because the program and operating system is in ROM.
You won't need a X on which to store applications, data and the operating system when you power-down the equipment.
You won't see the embedded computer so X isn't important.
It's unlikely you will need to connect X to embedded computers so you won't need ports and sockets.
