GCSE textbook
We are delighted to announce the release of our GCSE Computing textbook, designed especially for the OCR GCSE Computing course. Now available as a pdf document for unlimited printing by the teacher or as a traditional textbook!
The textbook covers all of the theory on the course in Unit A451, the unit on Computer Systems and Programming. This 143 page, A4-sized book mirrors our OCR GCSE Computing website and the OCR specification in every way, using identical syllabus references to make life easy for both students and teachers. The book is spiral-bound, so it opens completely flat, too!
Each topic in the unit is covered and includes clear black & white diagrams (the pdf textbook version has a mixture of colour and black & white diagrams). GCSE Computing website
Just released! The GCSE Computing website for the OCR Examination Board. The website covers all the theory pupils need to know for the A451 theory unit. The website has been organised and referenced in exactly the same way as the A451 Specification so you and your pupils won't be trying to work out what section on the website matches to what section in A451.
Each section has detailed notes and explanations, diagrams and examples. There are also a number of questions at the end of each section, which can be used in the classroom or as homework. All the answers to all the questions in every section are also available.
