Dreamweaver animated tutorials

All pupils will make a complete website, right from the very beginning. They will construct a website for an imaginary company that sells photographs online. We provide all the photos they need for this project but there are opportunities for your pupils to use their own photographs and edit and resize them if they so wish. We have designed the tasks in a structured way to ensure that students first repeat the things they have learnt and then build on them, without being overwhelmed. This is not a set of unconnected 'how-to' lessons but a block of work thought through by an experienced Head of ICT. Our main consideration has been to ensure that all pupils successfully build the website so we have tried very hard to avoid those things in Dreamweaver which are less than reliable, behave strangely or are too complex for KS3 and KS4 pupils! We also encourage pupils to help themselves when they have a problem in Dreamweaver. Click here to see the site that your students will make.
