Set up a diary at the beginning of your project. This will provide evidence of a lot of user involvement and Software Development. It should ideally be a paper-based diary (unless your had-writing is poor!).
The typical sections you should have are:
- Who you saw and when.
- Why you saw them.
- Briefly what was discussed.
- What action points came out of the meeting.
- Signature and date from the user.
Each time you need to meet your user, take along your diary, fill it in there and then and get a signature. Diaries done at the end of a project easily stand out to teachers and moderators as forged or largely made-up, so avoid this by doing it properly!
You should be meeting your user regularly and getting evidence of regular meetings. |
